Status Recording

Status information can be entered and updated directly in the layout or via the mobile app – for example, from the construction site. Alternatively, it can also be entered in the structured list view.

LOP Checklists
With the LOP module, project-specific to-do lists can be displayed and managed directly in the plant layout, the status of list entries can be scheduled, responsible persons can be assigned, and automated email notifications can be sent. Each entry is visually located in the layout, for example as a Post-it-like marker.

Items can be recorded and supplemented directly via the mobile app, including photos, comments, or file attachments. Internal and customer-related tasks can be specifically differentiated using filters. Potential additional cost items can also be documented separately. This means that open tasks remain visible and contextually traceable at all times.

Mobile App SO3 On-Site
Simple app functions enable the recording and editing of LOP entries and status changes while on the move and at the construction site. Notes, voice messages (speech to text), and images can be added.
If you are offline, the changes are saved and synchronized in the system at the next opportunity. This eliminates the need for temporary notes, and all information is entered into the system without delay.

Layout Element List
All data relating to placements in the layout are made available for further processing in synchronized lists at project level. Bulk processing is possible, as is multi-user operation.

Quantity and performance data are always directly available, even outside the SO3 world. Engineering, material ordering, VIBN, software creation, and claim management can therefore begin long before CAE documentation.
Pre-planning tool
SO3 provides layout-based data tables containing all relevant information as early as the tendering phase or early project planning stage. This data is continuously refined, thereby avoiding duplication of work and preventing information loss.
